Go Cat Toys®, LLC does not impose a surcharge for using a credit card to make purchases. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.
The payment process is completely secure with industry-standard encryption technology. We do not sell or share any of the information you provide. Ever.
The buyer must pay in full at the time the transaction is created. The seller may cancel a transaction for non-payment when applicable.
Orders will not be processed until full payment has been confirmed. Payment must be made in full before your items are shipped.
Caution: Contains small parts. Not a child’s toy. If damage or separation is detected, please discard and replace. Intended for the sole use by, for, and of domestic cats. Not intended to withstand use by dogs, children, washing machines or dryers. You acknowledge that these cat toys contain small parts and therefore present a potential choking hazard. Go Cat Toys®, LLC is not responsible for the proper use and operation of the products it manufactures, sells, or otherwise represents. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to acknowledge and accept the Terms of Use by selecting the agreement box. Failure to select this box will result in a denial of order placement, processing, and fulfillment.

Returns : We're simply over the moon about our products and we think your cat will be too. In the unlikely event you are not tickled with your purchase, send it back. No questions asked.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt of items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be made via the USPS delivery system or they can not be processed.
The buyer will be refunded in full in the original form of payment for the items only. Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping charges. In the event the item is delivered damaged through the shipping process, the return will be refunded for both the items and the shipping charges.
P L E A S E N O T E : Due to safe health standards and sanitation practices, we can not accept returns on any opened or used item. This is for the protection of everyone's furry friend.
We will only accept returns accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which may be obtained by contacting us directly. We will not accept any returns without a valid RMA.
If you have a return, please alert us through the contact form on our site or email us directly at returns@gocattoys.com and we will provide you with return instructions.
Shipping Policy: While we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, we estimate approximately 7 days from point of purchase to putting plaything in paws. Fully processed orders leave our shop within 3-5 business days. We ship via USPS priority mail or first class parcel for a total travel time of about 3-4 days. We currently do not offer international shipping.
We are proud to ship our wonderful toys in nifty recycled and recyclable Kraft packaging.
Items returned to the seller by the USPS as non-deliverable will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon request by the buyer for reshipment. Go Cat Toys®, LLC is headquartered in the great windy city of Chicago.
Taxes: Illinois residents will automatically be charged applicable sales tax by Go Cat Toys®, LLC. For all orders placed and shipped outside of Illinois, the buyer is solely responsible for any and all sales taxes or other applicable taxes.
Typographical Errors or Misprints: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Go Cat Toys®, LLC has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any products listed at the incorrect price. Additionally, we have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Go Cat Toys®, LLC will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount it was charged.
